Neil Rollins is a Managing Partner at Aisling Investment Group, where he combines his aviation, project management, and real estate expertise to drive success in the multi-family investment sector. A licensed realtor with over 14 years of experience, Neil has excelled in various areas, including single-family and duplex investments, wholesale transactions, fix-and-flip projects, and short-term rental arbitrage.

During his eight years in construction project management, Neil led competitive assessments, collaborated with suppliers, and managed bids and proposals for large-scale projects such as stadiums, light rails, airports, and military installations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation, which has instilled in him a meticulous attention to detail and strategic thinking—skills he continues to apply in his work at Aisling as a trusted partner for investors and brokers alike.

Srey Rollins

Managing Partner

Acquisitions & Operations

Srey Rollins is a Managing Partner at Aisling Investment Group, bringing over 24 years of leadership and management experience to the table. Her expertise spans single-family and duplex investments, wholesale transactions, fix-and-flip projects, and short-term rental arbitrage. Srey also has a passion for design, evident in her work with residential styling and commercial space planning, ensuring that each project is both profitable and aesthetically pleasing.

With a background in literary and clinical research, Srey has developed strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Certified as a Specialist in Business Intelligence, she leverages data-driven decision-making to enhance business operations. Srey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Healthcare Administration. Her leadership is defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence, a commitment to identifying strategic opportunities, and a focus on building strong collaborative relationships.

Rose Man

Managing Partner

Brand Manager & Investor Relations

Rose Man is a Managing Partner at Aisling Investment Group, where she oversees marketing and investor relations, drawing on her extensive experience in hospitality and leadership. With 15 years in the hospitality industry, Rose has honed her skills in customer experience and team management.

An entrepreneur at heart, Rose also owns a successful floral design business, where she merges her creative talents with her business acumen. At Aisling, she brings her passion for design, customer service, and strategic marketing to the forefront, playing a key role in the company's growth and success. Rose's leadership is marked by her entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to excellence, and ability to build strong relationships, helping Aisling Investment Group deliver superior multi-family real estate investments that are both profitable and impactful.
